I would like to understand why when creating an invoice, I am offered the option of using the card on file but the invoice is not paid.
I have stored the card of file.
I create the invoice,
I scroll down to "Payment Options"
select "Charge payment method on file"
select "Charge Visa ending in ####"
at which point the blue Send button changes to "Charge".
I click to Charge, but the invoice doesn't appear paid, not immediately nor a week later.
What is going on?

I'm not sure if this is expected behavior or not 🤔 I'm going to consult with the Invoice product team on this one to get the best answer for you.
