There was a glitch in the system on yesterday Friday February 24th, I made a sale and square sent me the wrong amount that I originally made. They sent far less and I need help now and they're not open on the weekend.
Hello @Arnetts68 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your deposit. A few things to check...go into your Square online Dashboard, and on the left side look for Banking > Balance. See if there is an outstanding amount that equals to what you were expecting to see in your deposit. Sometimes Square will split a transfer...this also is related to your "end of day" setting. If you have your end of day set to the middle of your opening hours, and you continue to make sales later in the day, those deposits could be moved to the next day deposit. Check your end of day setting here: Account and Settings > Business Information > Transfers
