We're really missing the old Square Online orders page.
We've just realised that international orders no longer display the kind of shipping paid for. At the top level the shipping is a figure next to a generic label of "service charge". Delving into an order simply labels the charge as "Shipping". Previously, our orders would specify if the customer's charge related to a "surface" shipping or "airmail" option but now this is absent. We're left trying to work backwards from the fee which is also quite tricky given that shipping fees are a range dependent on the order value and don't immediately suggest the service required. Is there any way the name of the shipping service opted for can be reinstated as visible on order pages?
Similarly, the order dispatch confirmation screen no longer provides a Royal Mail option. Is it possible to add this as a pre-filled option rather than continually making our standard service an "other"?
