Is there a status indicator "awareness" of services SQUARE offers like Square Appointments? I have a few accounts and i am seeing some changes or maintenance or something going on with the system lately and the "Square Appointments" is basically blank with 0 appointment for the next day or 0 appointments at all in the calendar for a "X"of time. This has caused some issues with communication and our staff and not everyone is browser friendly so, i think a link or site of status would be a good TS. Maybe i missed it as well? sorry if i did.

Sorry you're dealing with this @Hyborianwar. We're currently experiencing some buggy issues with appointments showing intermittently. Our Engineering Team for Square Appointments is currently working on implementing a fix. I can report back once I've heard this has been resolved.
We have 2 locations. I am noticing the bookings showing up in the wrong locations sometimes as well... The scratch out or cancellation feature is also not working sometimes in either locations. Definitely some issues and its causing more confusion and inconveniences. This really needs to get elevated to HIGH PRIORITY and resolved asap. I will be happy to monitor it along from this side as well. Please advise asap.

Hi @nika . We are still having issues. We are having appointments being "auto accepted" and not given the option to accept or decline. It does not happen all the time but it is still happening. I haven't heard of any massive outages or appointments not showing up yet. See attached picture of customer info and look into the backend of this transaction so we can verify there is an issue.
Is there an option to have the confirmation of acceptance or the appointment being declined sent via email for a notification? I see email options on pending appointment status. It will also add integrity to the workspace.

@nika Here is another example. At our Fremont location that is at the top, this is Spazio 1 location. In the appointments pending it shows a Spazio 2 location pending at the Spazio 1 location? This is another example of the bugs going around... Ever since the lead dev has left we have had issues it seems. This is causing a lot of inconveniences with the business like upset customers and scheduling conflicts. Please escalate this as much as possible.

It may be best at this point to contact our Customer Success team and ask to speak to an Appointments specialist to take a deeper look with you.
They may have to file a ticket separately for you if the app is still not behaving as it should.
Follow this link: squ.re/contact and go through the flow of trying to find your issue. If you click > I Don't See My Issue, it will give you an option to call our Customer Success team as long as you're logged in.
