The map that appears on my scheduling is wrong. My address is correct and I've already emailed Google about it. When searched on Google, the map is correct. But the map on my page is way off on location.

I'm sorry to hear that your map location still isn't correct @JoaquinJonathan! I've asked our Appointments team to investigate this for you - they'll email you as soon as possible.
Our engineering team did recently fix the issue that was causing some maps to display an incorrect location. If anyone else is still experiencing this issue go ahead and give us a call so an Appoitments specialist can check and update your map.

Got it fixed by re-saving address, then removing map, publishing, then adding map back in and publishing again.
I've got an incorrect map display as well! Same issue as all these other folks. Can you please help?

Sorry for the confusion. We were dealing with a bit of a glitch with appointments and locations. 😣 Our Appointments specialty team went in and updated this for you so you should see this displaying correctly now!

The map is not updating on my online store home page. The location and hours are displaying correctly, but the initial default map is still being displayed. I tried turning it off and back on again and I tried setting my location to mobile as was suggested in the forum.
Hey! Welcome to the Seller Community. So sorry to hear your map isn't updating. This is sometimes a small bug that we can fix on the engineering side to get that map to update. I have created a case so that our Success team can take a look. You should hear back from them via email. 🙂
Hi Ashley! I am having the same issue. All of my location/ address information is correct on every platform, but the map displayed is of my old location. I updated everything back in March and even updated it on OpenStreetMap, which is where I believe Square pulls the map info. Can you escalate this to someone in Appointments that can correct the issue? Thanks in advance!
@Helen I'm having this same problem. My address is correct in Square and on Google maps but my booking map shows the address as 5 blocks away on the wrong street. Can you help me update this? It seems like it's a manual fix on the back end. Thanks!

Yikes, sorry you're going through this again. Have you tried reaching out to the Appointments Team yet? They'll want to grab some additional info on what you're seeing so they can take a look on the back-end.

Hey there @HilarySkidmore. So I had one of our Appointments specialists take a look at your map, and they're showing that it's mapping to the location where you're wanting it to in the image above. Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser and then giving it another look?
@nika Have you tried getting them to identify and correct the underlying problem so that this doesn't keep happening over and over and over and over and over again? Just brainstorming here but it seems like a significant and recurring problem. Why hasn't it been solved?
@handybikes Absolutely. I got word that the engineers are working on implementing a fix for the map locations being incorrect. I'm not sure why they've been glitchy for so long but good news is that it sounds like a fix is quickly approaching!
