I made sure to select the option where the client can add services. I also selected the team member to provide service. But Only 2 out of 4 services are visible. Please help!

Since it sounds like you've tried all of the generic troubleshooting steps to fix those services issues, I would recommend contacting our Appointments team directly.
They will be able to provide account specific support or file a ticket with our engineers.
