So lately orders have been disappearing?

I have been takeing orders all day and i save my reciepts but i noticed yesterday i was short at the end of shift.. i started tracking my orders and it seems orders get deleted on my square app.. but i have the recipts

Can you give us a little more context? How are you taking the orders? Are all of the orders disappearing, or only some?
