My store is online and I sell subscriptions to software which does not need stock information.
At present, I am trying to come out of subscription kind of page and instead make use of items and variations so that I can easily setup products.
Problem is, item if you select twice on the order screen, it starts showing out of stock. I am not sure how to handle this.
To reproduce. Use the link: https://www.trendoscope.com.au/s/order
Click on the product select a random variation and add to cart.
Come back to order screen click on the same product, select a variant and add again.
Soon, it starts showing out of stock on the UI.
Having said that, it does not stop you from adding more items to cart and buy.
This is bit confusing. What am I doing wrong?
Hey @darklord,
Yeah I see what you mean. It doesn't actually prevent me from adding new stock to the cart, however the "out of stock" messaging is there.
I think you're probably going to need to contact support and have them look at the back end of your setup to try and see what's going on here, and whether this is a bug or something to do with your inventory. Do you have stock levels turned on at all in any capacity?
If you need to you can call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.
Thanks for the response Seamus. No, haven’t touched stock levels until the issue started appearing. Will try to create a helpdesk ticket.
regards,
Sudh
