At the moment Square doesn't feature the ability to prepay accounts, however you could look at setting up gift cards and using your customer directory to meet this need. Once set up it should behave quite similar to a pre-paid account.
You'd need to set up a customer directory listing for the company, then add a card on file - that can be an eGift Card purchased for a preset amount, or a credit card number.
Once set up, it would simply be a matter of processing the transaction on your Point of Sale app as a card on file.
