Should Square sync keep basic location info consistent between Square and Weebly?

For some reason, our locations are no longer synching. 

 

As I recall, when we set up our locations in Square (particularly name, address, hours), they correctly propagated to our Weebly store pages. 

 

However, that no longer seems to be the case. I understand that there is more location details added in weebly (for us on pickup) so technically there are some things going on.

 

Have others seen this?

If so, any tricks to get the basic location info (name, address, hours) to synching again?

Hi @SoMa-BBQ-

 

Let's make sure you having your sync settings adjusted correctly. If you go to Store > Setup > Square Sync > Settings and edit/change the location you're syncing with, does that make a difference as far as what information is pulling over?

 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Thanks Nika. 

 

This is what I see when I do Store > Setup > Square Sync > Settings...

I had not thought to change the location as that main location is the one that we prefer for managing inventory. Should I change it to see if it corrects things overall?

@SoMa-BBQ If your main location is showing there, that's okay. Thanks for sharing that image.

 

Now, you may need to edit your location and pickup settings. If you scroll down in that article, you'll see where you're able to adjust your location info. I'm wondering if some of your locations aren't enabled there and that's why you're not seeing all of your item info sync over.
