Shipping profiles are not connecting to items

I have a few shipping profiles that used to apply to all of my for sale items, but are no longer showing up at checkout. How can I reconnect them?

To take a closer look at your Shipping profiles, you'll want to refer to the steps in this online guide, specifically looking at the 'Type of profile' and whether you want this rate to default to all items or specific items.

I'd also suggest double-checking the fulfillment options assigned to these items to ensure that Shipping is still selected as an available option. To quickly check this, head to your Items page in your Square Online Dashboard, select the items you wish to review, and then in the top-right, select Bulk Edit > Set Fulfillment. Ensure that Shipping is selected from this menu and hit 'Set fulfillment' to save.

Thank you for the information Laurie. This info appears to be regarding fulfillment though. I'm not doing my actual shipping fulfillment through Square, but instead simply trying to add a charge for shipping to each order. (I already have my shipping set up through a different platform).

Could you confirm the name of the platform you use for shipping ? Is it an API that you connected from the Square App Marketplace
