Shipping disappears as an option

Hi 

This has happened to me over a dozen times now where the shipping option just disappears. I have had it set up for over a year and I would always assume its there but again today ive checked on my site as a customer wood and you could select shipping but when you went to basket it defaulted to pickup only ?

 

I went back into my shipping settings and they were hidden again under another button which had "set up shipping" when I clicked that they all reappeared again and then were working back on the website.

 

This is becoming a little infuriating as it is getting to the point where I wouldn't know if this was constantly happening to customers without checking it every single day. 

Can anyone shed any light on why it just randomly disappears please 😳

Hi @OTCF thanks for flagging this. 

 

That is odd and frustrating - it's hard to know from here what might be happening. 

 

In cases like this, we really need to see it happening in order to have someone look into it because we usually can't replicate it ourselves which is what makes this difficult. 

 

I know this isn't a solution but I would start but running through typical browser troubleshooting. 

 

Then if possible, next time you see this happening try to get a screen recording of it and also take down the specific details of your browser version and device. This information is crucial for our investigation.

 

Once you have the recording and details I would suggest contacting direct support because we need in depth details that I can't get here without a lot of back and forth. (I'm still tracking the 2 preivous tickets).
