Set shipping default

Hi there

I have both paid and free local delivery options on my website - ljus.co.uk - but would like to make the paid option the default as I am having a number of orders coming through where customers have failed to change from the current default free option.

I would be most grateful for advice on how to do this.

Can you give me a bit more detail about when the free option should be applied to orders? Or which particular items the shipping rate should apply to? Would it be worth deleting free shipping altogether?
