I recently posted this in the Online Discussion and messaged an Admin about it. I'm not sure what else I can do apart from also post it here.
There is a bug in the checkout basket when there are offers running.
Example: I have stock £16 each - two for £20. The basket shows the correct offer. Removing an item removes the offer.
However, going back to the shop and adding any other item and the offer comes back even though it's not meant to.

I have discovered what I consider to be a huge bug within the basket.
I have quite a lot of items on offers.
When I add two items that are on the same offer, it all works nicely. If I then remove one of them, the prices changes accordingly.
However, going back to the website and then adding another item and the discounted price appears again.
I have attached screenshots to try and explain it betterRelevant discount works
Removing item removes discount
Adding another product wrong reduces the £12 item to £10
Hi @cymru78 apologies for the delayed response.
This does sound off. I can see your case has been escalated by our support team to our Square Online team, so please continue to work with them on this matter.
They'll be able to investigate and address the issue more effectively.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
