Hello, is there anyway to make the order numbers sequential when we receive new orders?
At the moment they are just coming in with random numbers and it makes it a lot harder for our accounts team to tie things up.

At the moment, order numbers are generated automatically and there isn't a way to edit them so they are sequential instead. I can see how this would be an useful feature to have so I'll be sure to share your suggestion with the appropriate team.
Can you let me know a bit more about the challenges that the account teams are having with correlating the tickets? There may be some workarounds that I can suggest in the meantime.
