Selling to US customers

When selling to US do I type amount owing in Canadian amount and the conversion will be made automatically?

In this case you will enter the amount in CAD and then the payment from your customer will be automatically converted. If there's a conversion fee, your customer will be the one to pay it. Some credit cards don't have foreign transaction fees.
