Hi I am having issues with customers purchasing items on my website studio36hair.com when selecting shipping.
When an item is added to the basket then the user proceeds to the checkout an error message 'Selected shipping method is no longer available, please select a new shipping method' is displayed.
As far as I can see I have correctly added the shipping options for all products and shipping has been setup in Settings.
Is there anything I am missing?
@s36 I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused - if this is affecting all orders please call our Customer Success team so we can investigate.
If it's only happening on certain orders reply here to let us know if customers see this error after entering their card information, or if it seems to happen for customers with a particular post code?
Thanks for the response Helen, I have emailed support so am just awaiting a response.
It is affecting all orders but only when using Apple Pay.
If the user selects the normal checkout and manually types in card details the order processes as expected.
Apple Pay works perfectly for pickup orders so seems very strange
