Save payment method on recurring invoices not working

When I create a reoccurring invoice and choose the save payment method option it is not working. I send my customer the reoccurring invoice. They enter their card and it does not save the payment method. I have even tried entering card on my app for them and it still does not save the payment method even though it has this option chosen to save payment method. I now have several customers with overdue balances as their reoccurring invoices have no way to charge a payment method. Help!?!?

Hi @Doughy  — welcome to the Community! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand how inconvenient it is not being able to save payment methods, and I’d love to help look into this further.

 

If you're able to, could you share a quick video or screenshot of what you're seeing? That usually helps us pinpoint the issue much faster.

 

A few quick questions: Is this happening in both the app and the Dashboard? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app yet? And are you seeing any error messages pop up?
