Appointment reminders still going through after cancellation

We cancel standing appointments and clients still get reminders. Nothing shows up in the calendar but clients still receive emails that their appointment is happening.

Hi @Roughnecks, thank you for reaching out on this.

 

I have a few questions to start the troubleshooting process on this:

  • How soon before the appointment start date are you cancelling the appointment?
  • Are you experiencing this with just appointments you have cancelled, or from the client's side as well?
  • How long has this issue been occurring?
