Been with you since you opened up, since the beginning. I see you disabled the code feature to get live help. I have only needed to call in 2 x, because I am very familiar with all your products. 

 

BUTTTTT today I need real help because nothing in your forums addresses my issue.

Hi @Ren, sorry that you've had trouble calling in. You do need to find your customer code to call our team. 

 

Looking at the title of your post - are you having issues using this device with Square Point of Sale? It looks like the 4G model has been tested and added to the Square device compatibility site. If you have a specific question let us know!
