I'm baffled. I've had two sales that I know of (but multiple missing items from my inventory) not show up in daily transactions. What is happening? I ring them up, they tap to pay, it says "Sale Completed" on my end, the customer walks out with the product, and then there's no record of it ever happening. I'm thinking this is where all my lost inventory is going but why??? When happened to notice two months ago, I thought it might be because it asked for a signature and the customer and I missed it but yesterday it gave me a completed message. Anybody give some insight and a solution?

I can not give you an answer because I do not know exactly what you are doing.
It sounds as if the transaction has been completed then disappears,
My suggestion is after each payment print out a 2nd receipt for your records.
This way you would have a Transaction ID to be able to give Square if the transaction vanishes from your records. The other thing could be that missing inventory could be just retail theft. This still does not explain missing transactions.
The reason this happened in September there was a System wide issue which was resulved and transaction which did not show up right away did show up for Square Users by the next day as far as I know.

All missing transactions from yesterday's systemwide "glitch" have finally shown-up! Yeah! Hope everyone else's missing transactions have as well. :)`
