I'm baffled. I've had two sales that I know of (but multiple missing items from my inventory) not show up in daily transactions. What is happening? I ring them up, they tap to pay, it says "Sale Completed" on my end, the customer walks out with the product, and then there's no record of it ever happening. I'm thinking this is where all my lost inventory is going but why??? When happened to notice two months ago, I thought it might be because it asked for a signature and the customer and I missed it but yesterday it gave me a completed message. Anybody give some insight and a solution?

I can not give you an answer because I do not know exactly what you are doing.
It sounds as if the transaction has been completed then disappears,
My suggestion is after each payment print out a 2nd receipt for your records.
This way you would have a Transaction ID to be able to give Square if the transaction vanishes from your records. The other thing could be that missing inventory could be just retail theft. This still does not explain missing transactions.

I have the same issue happening to me as of 1PM, I am thankfully having to print the receipt as I do have a printer, but I do not like that the transactions are not visible. I thought I had not placed a transaction and did it again and it didn't show, so now I will have to subtract that invalid purchase that will show up double on my end.

I’m having the same issue, I rang up a customer she did her receipt. I realized after that I hadn’t applied a coupon. I went to credit her card and the transaction was nowhere to be found.
I'm now seeing all the new sales (Yeah!), but I'm still missing about 90 minutes worth between approx 1:15 and 2:45 EST. Anyone else?
Same here… the real time transactions are about a minute late to show up but they are now. Just nothing from that previous time window. I really hope they fix it!

Same. I am missing from 1:09pm-2:47pm. I tried payments with my card. I see the transaction on my credit card app but does not show up on pos.
I'm having the same issue, from about 11:11a - 12:47p MST, some of the transactions are starting to slowly load but most are missing from Transactions
Every one of my transactions from 12:15PM until 3:32PM are missing....I know they are aware of the issue but I sure hope these transactions go through. It has been a great day for us and we have sold lots of inventory!

Yesterday Square was having issues which might be why tour Transactions were not showing up right away.

At the bottom of the page it also has a calander that shows previous days that also had issues if there were any.
All missing transactions from yesterday's systemwide "glitch" have finally shown-up! Yeah! Hope everyone else's missing transactions have as well. :)`
