We have a situation where we received an email saying we had x dollars of sales yesterday but on the sales summary it shows No sales for the last entire month. It also shows Bo deposits pending
Because this is more of an Account Specific issue, and something we may need to troubleshoot with you, I would ask you give our Customer Success team a call so they can look into this further.
You may have a secondary account or have taken payments elsewhere and they can get to the bottom of this for you.
