I ship out of Arkansas, I have orders that are shipping to Arkansas that have sales tax applied, but those shipping to other places, like Tennessee and Georgia, customers are showing me that sales tax isn't being applied during checkout after they enter in their shipping information. All of my items have my sales tax applied to them, so I'm not sure what the issue is. below are the relevant screenshots.
