Hi

Seems like a simple question - cant quite figure it out

I want a simple report that lists each invoice transaction separately and gives a total sales figure for a month.... please can someone advise how I can run/create it

Thanks

Jeremy

Hi, @jhgreene ! Welcome to the Square Community! We are glad to have you here!

To get a simple report listing each invoice transaction separately, along with a total sales figure for the month, youโ€™ll want to use Squareโ€™s Invoices and Sales reports in your Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Square Dashboard.

  2. Go to Reports > Sales Summary. This will show you total sales for any date range you select.

  3. If you want each invoice listed individually, go to Invoices > Invoices in the Dashboard menu. There you can filter by date range (for example, the whole month) and export the list as a CSV file.

  4. The exported file will show each invoice as a separate line, including details like invoice number, customer name, amount, and status.

  5. You can open this file in Excel or Google Sheets, and youโ€™ll see your full list of invoices for that period. You can also easily total them up if needed.

I hope this is what you were looking for! If not, let me know and I can try to assist further ๐Ÿ˜„
