From what I can tell, you can only show a "sale price" on an item in the Square Online cause it's right there next to Price, whereas the Dashboard for the POS does not. Why is this? If I put a sale price in the sale price box in the square online, does it sync to the dashboard pos? Trying to understand the disconnect between the two. This seems like a very simple thing to do, and yet it's not.
I’m having exact same issues seems like one of the first things a company should do when providing POS to retailers… calling them has been frustrating
