Retrospective VAT input

Hi guys,

I have just noticed that the VAT has been inputted incorrectly on my system. I have changed the VAT to the correct rate, and have kept the setting of VAT being included in the price. We have been trading for 9 weeks now - is there a way to retrospectively apply this VAT rate o that the Net sales are more accurate? Thanks

Hi @dee_w, sorry to hear that! Retrospectively applying new VAT rate means editing your past payment details when they are already processed. Unfortunately, payment details cannot be edited or deleted retroactively. Once you made sure your VAT is correctly applied, you can make a note to your reports for your own records.
