Reserve with Google staff name not correct.

I changed the "Display Name" in "staff settings/Edit Staff" and it successfully changed the staff name displayed to customers when an appointment is booked with Square Appointments.

 

However when a customer books an appointment with "Reserve with Google", the name still says the original name, not the "Display Name".

 

In "Edit Staff" under "VISIBILITY AND DISPLAY", "Display Name", the description reads:

 

"Replaces staff name on booking site and all client communication."

 

Why does this not occur in "Reserve with Google" when a customer books an appointment?

Thanks for writing in! This is a great question, and I've reached out to our Appointments team to find out if there are any limitations on what information syncs between Square Appointments and Reserve with Google. I'll get back to you here as soon as I know more 🙂
