Report displaying item sales and customer information

Hello,

I'm looking for some help with retrieving certain information from previous transactions.

When we sell something we create a customer and take down various pieces of information (name, email, address).

I would like to be able to extract this information all in one place afterwards.

Ideally I can create a report or spreadsheet that includes the following:

- Sale item (incl. price and quantity)

- Customer name

- Customer email address

- Customer address

Either I can log in and find this report, or maybe it can be sent to me at certain intervals (ie. end of each day).

I've had a look under "Reports", but can find a way to include the information I need.

"Transactions" seems like it has the info as I can click on each transaction, then see the customer info from there, but it's not all on 1 page.

Any help or pointers much appreciated.

It sounds like you're using the customer information collection tools in Square. I poked around a bit in the available reports in Square Dashboard. I exported the Transaction report into a CSV. This showed what was purchased, for how much, and by whom, but it did not display the customer email address and mailing address. Additionally, I took a look at the customer profiles in Customer Directory. When you click on the name of a customer, it will show their purchase history along with their email address. I don't believe there's a field here for their mailing address, so that information was not displayed. Is there a different way that you've been recording their addresses?

Also, could you tell me a little more about your business and what you're hoping to use all of this information for? This will help me provide suggestions that are more tailored to your business needs.
