Replace Item Inventory not working

Hi there! I have a large item inventory with lots of item variations, and I am doing frequent updates to inventory as items are created. To avoid errors, I often double check and make changes to the downloaded catalog manually, then upload the new catalog and replace the old catalog entirely. 

 

I am noticing that a lot of my changes are not being included in my new item catalog, and that I am missing hundreds of items. Can anyone suggest a troubleshooting method? I can’t seem to find contact info to speak to Square directly, and this is a HUGE issue. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Katerina119.  I don’t know of any system-wide problems affecting item catalog imports.  So, here is the contact page for Square Support.  Someone will hopefully either be able to help you, or to escalate your issue to an engineer for research and resolution.
