Reopening business square app been off not working black screens put in new password

First, welcome back to the land of business! I hope your reopening goes well!
One of the updates to the Square app caused a black screen on me, too on two of my devices. On my stand tablet, I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app and all worked well again. On my phone, I force closed every app I had open, restarted the phone, then launched the Square app again and it worked.
Start with the force close/restart trick and see if you can get into the app. If not, I know a reload clears the problem.
