Removal of the receipt printing screen iPad/Terminal

Hi! I'm using Square on the iPad, with a Terminal being used by customers for checkout - for wireless tapping/pin input.

 

After a customer has paid, the terminal displays a screen asking if the customer would like to print a receipt, and on the iPad it asks us if we would like to print a receipt, or push a button to initiate a new sale. I want to remove the screen.

 

Here's the catch though - I can confirm that in the settings, skip customer receipt is activated, so this should not be displaying. Has anyone found a work around for this issue, or had it themselves?

Hi @B-Club, @davidmartin and @44poets, apologies for the delay here !

 

The engineers are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA to provide at the moment, but I'll let you know once I have any updates.

 

The workaround is to toggle the Skip Receipts feature on and off multiple times until it's saved (I was able to save it on my own terminal doing this after a few tries !). I understand it's not an ideal solution, but I'm hoping this will help while we work on resolving the issue.
