One of my registers started yesterday showing a “sync error” and won’t start up. Called support and they did some troubleshooting but they opened a ticket for a technician to look at...with in 48hours (!!). Meanwhile, I still had another one that worked (although it didn’t have the newest items that I had added from my dashboard either) - but at least it worked. Until today! Same error!
So now I have none of my registers working and no response from Square support yet...and these are our busiest days of the week.
Has anyone encountered this issue and has a solution perhaps? (We did all the resets, logged in/out, etc...)
It’s been 4 days and we still don’t have any of our registers working...and no update or end in sight! Great service from Square 👎!!!
