Refund Q: I Xfered funds OUT of Square into Business Account. How do deposit back into Square?

Ran card, funds deposited into Square Account, then I transferred them to my business account. I need to transfer them from my business account to my square account.  Just wondering about the quickest way to do that.

I believe that you will need to sign up for a Square Checking account first.  Once you have a Square checking account, you should be able to transfer funds back into your Square account from your linked external bank account.

How to Open a Square Checking Account 

Square Dashboard

1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Banking > Checking.
2. Select a business location from Locations.
3. Click the gear icon and click Square Checking > Get started.
4. Verify your business information and that your name and business name matches the account owner’s name on the Square account.
5. Personalize your debit card and provide a shipping address to receive your physical debit card.
6. Set a PIN for your account.

Square Dashboard app

1. Open the app and tap Banking > Enable checking.
2. Verify that your name and business name match the account owner’s name on the Square account.
3. Personalize your debit card and provide a shipping address to receive your physical debit card.
4. Set a PIN for your account.

Square POS app

1. Open the app and tap More > Banking > Checking > Get started.
2. Verify your business information and that your name and business name matches the account owner’s name on the Square account.
3. Personalize your debit card and provide a shipping address to receive your physical debit card > Next.
4. Set a PIN for your account and tap Complete sign-up.
