Recurring Invoices Not Sending

Occasionally when making recurring invoices via the square invoice app they will not send! Why is this? I’m doing it correctly. There seems to be an issue within the app. Ideas?!?

Did this issue ever get resolved or is it still happening?  Does it only happen from the app, or does it happen on a PC as well, or does that matter and its not sending either way it is created?
