We are using the clock in/clock out to track our team's hours for payroll purposes. However, we have hit a stumbling block where:
1. Team members cannot log an unavailable day if the roster is published
2. There is no way to track sick or holiday days.
We are running our payroll off the Square reports, but when a team member has a paid day off, our payroll officer has no way of knowing that.
Is there actually a way to record a sick leave day or holiday leave?

At this time, team members cannot request time off for rosters that have already been published.
However, you can edit a schedule that has already been published. To do this, simply locate the roster in question through the Shifts section of your online Square Dashboard and edit accordingly. Once you have made the necessary edits, click the Publish button to resend the updated roster.
