Open the POS app, then tap more(lower right hand corner). The tap Settings, Hardware, Printers. You should see your printer listed, tap reconnect and it should start working again. You can also do a test printer to make sure.
One other thing to check is make sure your printer hasn't become unplugged. Sometimes when our printer gets mover the power coed or usb cable will get loose or unplugged.
