I have generated receipts as per instructions. They are not sending

I've included the common reasons for customers who are unable to receive digital receipts in this guide. Have a read-through here first as some of these may apply, however, we wouldn't expect this issue to occur for every customer making a purchase with you.
With this in mind, another step we can suggest is to generate a test payment and attempt to send the receipt to yourself. What happens?
If you do not receive the SMS or email receipt, use the steps from this guide to navigate to your checkout settings and toggle the Signature and Receipt option on/off again in your app. Test this once more and let us know how you go.
