When trying to rearrange categories or services. The drag option is not working. I am using an iPad but tried on my computer as well and the click and drag to reorganize does not work. This is for the website and the categories in the dashboard app

Thank you for reaching out to The Seller Community. We are happy to have you! On the Square Online Dashboard > Items > Site Items > Rearrange Categories. Are you seeing that option in blue on right?
Any other ideas?
Yes I see the option.I have tried it. It drags the services to where I want but as soon as I release the mouse they go back to the original order

Jumping in for MayaP on this one since I came across your thread. What you're experiencing is odd and your categories should stay in place once you move them around.
Whenever you try on your computer, what kind of error do you get? Or what happens with you try that?
Could you send a screenshot of what your screen looks like when you try to reorganize them on your Dashboard?
I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
