Reader does not read swipe or chip. But accepts tap

So it is not an issue with pairing the device. Is my chip and swipe function just broken?  It still accepts tap.

Your device may be malfunctioning. Contact Square Customer Support and I’m sure someone there will be able to help you with your issue. 

Hopefully this helps you out a little 🙂
