All of my sales are online only. I do not take cash, nor do people pay me in person. And that is exactly where Square keeps showing me how to see my monthly sales tax. Which it doesn't. Then I can go rounds again with actual Square helping, but they were never able to fix it the last two other times where I spent over a month the first time and only 3 weeks the second time always telling me they were working on it.
Since the other person felt I wasn't set up properly for sales tax, I showed that I was. It collects perfectly and Square keeps checking to ensure it is all set up properly when they try to get this resolved. It just never resolved since they took over.
Things were far from seamless on the take over, but every thing else they were able to get fixed. This is only one of two areas that still do not work properly.
Reports are where they tell me to go and show me each place to click and show sales tax. Still doesn't work for me.

I would like to look further into this issue.
From what I can see, taxes do not appear to be set up in your account, but I just looked at what's linked to your Community profile.
In order to further investigate, can you please confirm the web address of your Square Online Store?
