Random Items Missing

Hello

Is anyone having this problem. I have a online website I sell items on. Randomly square keeps removing items not making them available even though every button and tick suggests its visible.

One day there and then one day not.... then I cant seem to see why it has been removed or not available even though the day before it was

Hi @WolfJames , thanks for sharing on the Community 🙂.

We had an issue with categories and subcategories on Square Online yesterday, which made some items not visible despite the settings being set on visible. This has now been resolved by our engineers.

Can you tell me when you started noticing this behaviour ? And are you still experiencing this issue now ?
