Quickbooks Online and Square (Multiple locations)

Hi, 

I'm having trouble getting Square deposits to match to a specific location in Quickbooks Online. For instance, 

  • In the App Transactions page, for a specific transaction it'll say Square location is Location A
  • And then for Quickbooks location, I'll select "Location A"
  • However, once I add the transaction into our books, it isn't showing up under Location A
  • It just says Not Specified
     

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

At this time, the QuickBooks Desktop integration doesn’t support multi-location accounts. Only one Square account can connect with QuickBooks Desktop at one time.
