We’re having some major issues involving the Saved Carts option.
We operate a beer shop / bar, so we save bar tabs as people drink on site.
At random, we will open a saved cart and the quantities will be greater than what we added. For example, we will have 6 $8 beers saved in the cart, you’ll save it, open it, and there will be 8 $8 beers. This is making tracking large tabs next to impossible. We have had to do quite a few refunds and are getting complaints because of this.
Has anyone experienced this and how do we prevent this from happening?
