I do notice that is states Quantity Rules for Modifiers are only available in SFR, Websites, Online, and whatnot. Why does this not function when using Invoices?

We where excited to see this feature on the POS and set it up almost perfectly for our needs and now we want to use it within creating an Invoice yet it will not allow you to add a quantity to the selected modifier.

Hi there @sweet_chatchaya.. That new feature was tested and rolled out specifically for POS and online ordering. It's possible that the engineers are working on adding it to invoices, but I can't say for certain. Also, answers to why questions aren't usually readily available. A decision was made to limit this new feature initially, which is always the case for new features -- maybe for financial reasons or maybe the beta testing revealed there wasn't a lot of interest in this for invoicing. Anyway, if you want to get this in front of the engineers for possible inclusion in the future roadmap, you can submit a feature request here.

Thank you so much for this response, I was kind of thinking the same thing. In the meantime we figured out how to change how we were using it now and it is working. I do love this feature though, for adding Flavor Shots to coffee and other options we had this made it a lot easier!
