Hi I am trying to set up QR self serve ordering but when I test it as a customer and try to add an item to the checkout I get this message on all items There was an error. Please try again. Please help urgently
We are experiencing the same issue. I think it has something to do with Apple Pay. Was that the method of payment you used for your test run? Also need to know how to fix this ASAP.
It’s not even allowing me to get to payment method, it just says this when I select the item. Really frustrating as we need it fixed by tomorrow and nobody is responding regarding support
That is frustrating! What browser are you using on your phone? I just changed mine to Chrome and I was able to add items to my cart. Maybe it's a Safari issue?
