Published story not showing

Hi there,

I'm trying to publish a new story to our site.  I have it written & published and it shows up fine in the preview. However it doesn't appear live on our site? And when I manually enter the URL it comes up as 404-not found.

Sorry to hear you're running into this, @Amy-CSA! If possible, can you share a link to the new story you've published? I can definitely have look here on my end and check in with our ECOM specialist team if needed as well.

Apology that this is taking a while @Amy-CSA! Our team are working on a fix and have rolled it out, but we're just monitoring to see if that will fully resolved the issue. Once we have confirmed that the issue is resolved, I'll be sure to follow up here right away.

Hey @Amy-CSA, I just want to follow up and let you know the issue should now be fixed. To make sure your story appear, please try the following steps:

1. For each story that isn't showing up, perform an edit then undo it. An easy example is toggling the image on/off. 
2. Publish the site when you're done.

This "fix" has helped me resolve the issue. But it's still a bug.  New Stories are not being published unless you publish them, and then go back into the store and make any edit, and re-publish. Otherwise new and old stories get dropped.  This will become a problem if you have 100 stories that get knocked down every time you publish a new story.  Is anyone at HQ looking into this?
