Product uploads duplicating for a month now

Heyy all. I've had A LOT of issues with Weebly over the years that our company has dealt with because it really is such an easy-to-use affordable option... We upload our latest inventory (roughly 30-100 products) every single week and have been for many years. As of the past month, each time I upload, it runs over, and over, and over until we get hundreds of duplicates. This week is still duplicating a spreadsheet I uploaded a week ago! I've been on weebly tech support and they can't offer me a thing other than to wait for some backlog, but every week? Nothing is even wrong with the spreadsheet as they've confirmed and I've tried from scratch this time. I feel this is the end of being able to use weebly if we can't have our products up on our website.

Hello, my last product import was uploaded on Wednesday last week. It had a total of 53 new products. For many years, I have uploaded all of our latest inventory this way and have always used a template that I have. A month ago, it started just taking a long time and then finally finished up, but this became progressively worse to where it now runs in the background over and over and over. As of today, those 53 items were over 1,800 (we were deleting the duplicates in batches last week). I just deleted all duplicates and was left with 11 new products which are currently still duplicating as I'm writing this. So it doesn't appear that the entire spreadsheet uploads multiple times, only 11 of them do. Weebly tells me that the import process is still running. This has rendered our store's website useless and is a very serious problem for business.

We really tried using Weebly after switching from BigCommerce but will switch over to the WIX platform because I cannot get help from anyone in support and nothing gets resolved. We are a big and well-known business and it is important to have our online store operational. I'm flabbergasted at how support operates within both Weebly and Square.
