Product Intermittently Unavailable on Site

Hi there,

I have one product on my site which should be available. When the page is first loaded the product is "available", but when the page is refreshed, or navigated away from and back to, the product is then not available to purchase. What might be causing this issue?

Sorry to hear you ran into this and thank you for the link to the item. 

 

As Twiggy mentioned, everything appears to be working as intended now. I tried on a couple of browsers and refreshed a few times. 

 

Can you confirm if it's ok on your end now? If not, please let me know what browser you are having the issue with on the device you are using (phone/tablet brand/model etc).

Yes all fixed now. The issue was down to not having the shipping profile setup correctly.
