Hello! I used to be able to ring through staff drinks and meals at a 100% discount on the Square Register but the most recent update only allows me to save a zero balance as a ticket that can't be cleared. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you logged into the POS as yourself or another staff member when attempting to apply the discount?
Have you had a moment to get in touch with our team directly since this started?
I would recommend giving us a call before 9PM ET tonight if you haven a moment before the weekend.
